Women in most of the conventional societies are not safe. They have threat from their own family members and from outside the world. Here is an incident that was occurred in India in which a woman has accused two police constables for molestation. The woman had complained to SSP Dharmendra Singh that she was molested by Constables Vikas Tyagi and Jitendra Chandel on July 22.
The duo picked up her husband allegedly for being involved in bootlegging. When she reached the police station, they took Rs. 15,000 from the victim and molested her, he said. An FIR was registered in the case and the duo was arrested and sent to the jail. In addition to that, the medical examination of the woman was carried out and the investigation is on the matter.
These two constables in Ghaziabad were arrested on Tuesday for allegedly molesting a 33-year-old woman, who had refused to bow before their demand for money to let her husband continue an illegal business. The Police said that they received a complaint from the woman alleging that the two cops tried to extort her. The woman too produced the audio clip in which the two men are heard threatening her. "A medical examination was conducted on the woman and its report is awaited. The two constables have been suspended from service with immediate effect. Further investigations into the matter are under way," Ghaziabad SSP Dharmendra Singh said
