The families and relatives of prisoners urged to set the prisoners free for most of the prisons are collapsed by the earthquake and are in amid of construction. They requested to provide them some job facilities so that they can make their livelihood. The country is confronting the historical period in which the statute is being drafted and in the aftermath of quake, the country is in the utmost need of human resources. The Chairman of Prisoners Committee, Jeevan Rayamajhi argued to provide job facilities to the prisoners as many of the prisons are damaged by the earthquake. Jeevan Rayamajhi said as many prisons were in a dilapidated condition the prisoners in such jails should be given amnesty so as to protect their lives.
