Monkeys are normally seen in the premises of the temples like Pashupatinath and Swayambhunath but these days the monkeys are seen in the premises of Tribhuwan International Airport. These monkeys are seen in the premises of the airport and even they trouble the commuters walking around the premises. Children as well as the women are troubled by the monkeys. The troops of monkeys are seen even in the main gates of entrance and exit. Monkeys are not alone visiting the TIA. Street dogs and even chicken are seen in the premises of Airport. Six personnel are deployed so that the animals can be chased from the area. The Chief of TIA, Birendraman Shrestha said, "It would be against the animal rights if we do something against them. So we can just chase them away. "But the implementation of chasing these animals is not done completely. Chicken are also left in the premises of the TIA.
